My First Fruit Offering

how My First Fruit Offering looks like
Am just leaving the venue of the teaching and I decide to also share the word with people who are willing to learn and accept. At first at the venue, I was kind of feeling reluctant to really follow up...
And then when I heard of the topic, I had no choice than to give my "undivided" attention because of the benefits.
Vividly I could remember the preacher listing out the benefits which were:
  1. eradication of poverty from your life, family, generation
  2. divine misery from heaven which can open doors.
  3. breakthroughs which will wow! people as a result of giving.
  4. sickness, diseases, backwardness, rejection, and all sought of tribulations fleeing from your dwelling place.
  5.  immeasurable prosperity from God's blessing.
I was made to understand that when you give, you sow a seed no matter how tangible the seed is. You sow a seed. But here lies the misery of giving more because you will reap more. If you say you don't have anything to give because you don't have, then trust me the moving forward of that person will be quite difficult! The teacher happened to be the General Overseer of the mountain of fire and miracles ministry. He used his life as a testimony.

Very long ago when he received his first salary as a teacher, he packaged the money untouched and went straight to his pastor and gave him the money for blessings, the pastor prayed on it and he returned it. But Olukoya , the name of the General Overseer rejected it and explained it was for God, then the pastor told him to kneel and prayed for him, ever since he had never known anything called poverty.

Even apart from the first fruit offering, giving generally attracts the blessings of God. Maybe you did it consciously or absent minded the seed you sow will surely yield good fruits. Am using this opportunity to announce to anyone reading this that giving is not just a ritual but its actually a seed sown. Even Pastor Oyedepo acknowledges the principles of giving. Let us all sow seed today and not just sow but also with faith. Thanks😃
