CONGRATS TO AFCON WINNER: IVORY COAST

....Joy....A thing of happiness. Basking in victory was what ivory coast experienced against their opponent, Ghana that fell out in a penalty shoot-out (9-8) in the Africa Cup of Nations.
A slim line distinguished the Elephants from wining and losing. I may say luck or hardwork or preferably grace (religion-wise) because the last time they held the cup was 1992.


winning ! How it feels in the gut of the team player with smiles covering their faces. Wilfred Bony did the unbelievable,  kicked his own shoot-out crossbar but the Elephants proved strong a team by getting back in the game. Even with the likes of Bony and Yaya Toure ( Premier League Stars), err nothing really much to show for it during the 90 minutes match play. "To dey play ball no easy sometimes"

But what brought their names in the history book as AFCON champion in year 2015 is their goal keeper Boubacar Barry who saved Razak Braimah "effortless" shot.( I repeat, to dey play ball no easy). He will probably be unhappy by now but brace up! because there still a next time. Happy for the champions and I celebrate with them.
